Thank you for shopping with Maa Narmadeshwar Shivling. We are committed to delivering genuine and high-quality Original Narmadeshwar Shivlings. As every Shivling is naturally formed and unique, please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product has been significantly damaged during transit.
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label for verification.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Natural variations in the shape, size, color, texture, or markings of Original Narmadeshwar Shivlings.
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
- Customized, personalized, or specially ordered products.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved:
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds are generally completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment service provider.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake or you received a damaged or incorrect product.
4. Replacement Policy
Instead of a refund, we may offer a replacement if:
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- An incorrect product was delivered.
Replacement requests will be processed after verification of the issue.
5. Return Shipping
If your return is approved due to our error or damage during transit, we will guide you through the return process and, where applicable, arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
Unauthorized or unapproved returns will not be accepted.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Any approved refund after dispatch will be processed according to this Refund & Returns Policy.
